REALITY: Mayonnaise does not cause food poisoning , bacteria do. And bacteria grow best on foods that contain protein and are at temperatures between 40-140 degrees F. Commercially prepared mayonnaise is safe to use. At greater risk for developing bacteria are the foods mayonnaise is commonly mixed with for picnics and potlucks, such as pasta, potatoes, eggs, chicken, or tuna. But even these will be safe if you keep your cooler below 40 degrees F. "Small, cut-up surfaces allow the bacteria to grow in the right environment," says Mildred Cody, PhD, RD, head of the nutrition division at Georgia State University. "Try taking whole foods like cherry tomatoes that are easy to eat and leave the mixed salads at home unless you can store them properly." MYTH: Washing your hands briefly before you start preparing food is enough to keep you safe. REALITY: Hands need to be washed often and properly, before and after touching food, and after using the bathroom, changing diapers, or handling pets. "Proper hand washing requires warm, soapy water; a clean paper towel; and 20 seconds of scrubbing between fingers, under nails, and up to your wrist," explains Britt Burton-Freeman, PhD, MS, nutrition director for the National Center for Food Safety and Technology. MYTH: As long as you cook eggs, they're safe to eat. REALITY: You can safely enjoy your eggs over easy, but not sunny-side up. "Cook the eggs by flipping once so that the egg white is completely cooked and the egg yolk is starting to gel to ensure a safe egg," says Egg Nutrition Center nutrition director Marcia Greenblum, MS, RD. MYTH: Using the same utensils, cutting boards, and plates for foods eaten at the same meal is safe as long as they start out clean. REALITY: Raw meat and other foods contain bacteria that can cross-contaminate other foods if not kept separate. Use separate utensils, cutting boards, and serving plates for meats and produce, or carefully wash them between tasks.

how To Use Innuendos To More Effectively Attract With Women
Guys usually stick to the "safe topics" when they meet a woman for the first time. Questions usually revolve around the standard questions about her job, hobbies she enjoys, where she is originally from or where she lives. Yes, these questions can stir up a few "responses" from her but they definitely are not the best way to initiate an interesting conversation that will begin to build attraction.
Consider your goal. Are you trying to get her phone number, or a job? I ask only because "safe topics" are great choices if you are in a job interview but not if you are trying to create chemistry and pick her up.
Simply put, safe topics tend to bore women to the point of tears. She may answer your questions, but she is more likely than not also hoping for a "polite" way to end the conversation. Women are attracted to men who are interesting, funny and confident, and safe topics do not display any of these characteristics.
Most guys who stick to safe topics when talking they first meet a woman usually do so because they feel sexually-related topics are taboo and should be avoided. Rightfully so, they are concerned about looking sleazy or offending her and choose to stick to the topics guaranteed not to insult her.
Yes, by sticking to the safe questions you will be successful in not offending her. But, you will also bore her and not help you seduce her.
To create chemistry and seduce women, you must introduce "chemistry creating" topics into the conversation. A great way to do this without offending her is by using sexual innuendos. Sexual innuendos are a necessity during every conversation you have with a woman you are trying to attract.
Let me tell you a secret: women think about sex just as much as men, and maybe more! With this in mind, you will find that it is much easier to create chemistry between both of you when you flirt a little and bring sex into the conversation.
Now, taking this too far can backfire which is another great reason why sexual innuendos are a subtle yet effective technique. A great way to start is by telling a humorous, sexually-related story about a friend or "someone you know." Then, ask her if she has ever heard something like that or if she has any similar stories about her friends.
The point is to be sure it is a good combination of funny, interesting and sexually-related enough to stimulate her subconsciously to begin creating a sexual chemistry. Sexual innuendos are effective because sex is introduced and discussed in a non-threatening manner. You can create the necessary sexual tension in a more attractive way. Remember, the last thing you want is to look like a pervert just looking to get laid!
So, the next time you are trying to talk to an attractive woman, go ahead and try this technique. Tell some funny, sexually-related stories and slip in a few sexual innuendos. You will be pleasantly surprised, trust me!
