Since i was a little girl, i wished to live in a fairytale. Not with a prince and stupid romance. no. I love russian fairytales and big scary plants. Creatures in unusual graphic shapes. Janine Rewell's folk and geometric style in her illustrations. CATK (colour and the kids) trio designers are envolving with every creative field with love for colours and geometry. And my fav Jes Hunt and her illustration world.

abra katabra
A weird Sunday. Weird weather & mood. My fav Abraxas Rex aka artist Paris Kain, combines light and darkness through his jewelry and amazing kimonos. Emilio de la Morena and his sculpture style in clothes.

talent
Two very talented jewelry designers. Alyssa Norton with her mixed materials and known for threading, braiding and weaving techniques. Assad Mounser is inspired by the decadence of the 70's glam rock.

quirky shapes
Things i loved this weekend. Jasmin Rowlandson is a sculptural ceramist, that makes amazing one-off porcelain sculptures and wall hangings. Stuart Richards is an experienced sculptor and his most recent collections are focused on human anatomy and British wildlife. Nick Fraser creates furniture, lighting and interior products with a touch of humour and playfulness. Tsunami Glassworks is a boutique firm specializing in decorative glass. Have a great week friends!

hip figures
Three different clothing firms for tonight. Mara Hoffman, a NY based designer launched her firm in 2000. Amazing prints and unusual forms. Shakuhachi is a clothing label, that combins girlish elements with a bohemian touch. Something else by Natalie Wood, is a brand centered between art and fashion.
